Howard spent the early part of his career working on embedded software for robotics and automation.
Later, he expanded to telecommunications systems and user interfaces. At Bresslergroup he develops embedded software for circuit boards designed by the electrical engineering team and works closely with our interaction designers on developing mobile applications. He finds nothing more satisfying than discovering the most simple, elegant solutions to the most wickedly complex problems.
From conceptual analysis to hardware-software integration, he accesses his wide-ranging experience to help determine what’s essential now and what’s likely to be needed in the future. Thanks to the constantly evolving nature of technology, he often finds that the solution to one problem is the starting point for the next.
Howard earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh. When he’s not working, he likes running, bicycling, drinking good coffee, and doing all three in various combinations.
