Jason Zerweck
Mechanical Engineer

Jason describes an engineer's work as "taking ideas and literally bringing them to life."

He gets a kick out of working in a consultancy environment where the types of problems he’s tasked with change frequently.  He approaches each as if it’s a puzzle — there is usually more than one solution, but he takes pride in figuring out the best, cleanest way.

His primary focus at Bresslergroup is working with designers to translate their vision into a perfect CAD engineering model. He’s also facile with analysis, optimization, fabrication, and mechanism design. He works with clients to discover the hidden potential of their ideas and encourages them to make the thing they really want to make. (He’ll make it happen.)

Jason earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, came to Bresslergroup for an internship, and never left. He is our resident champion in arm wrestling and paint ball (and is the friendliest, most highly competitive person we know).

What's your all-time favorite product? The #2 pencil. What would you be doing if you weren't an engineer? I'd be a pop icon. Finish this sentence: Design is ... ... inseparable from engineering.
