John Kurcheski
Model Maker and Lab Technician

John's love of design started with sculpting, but making an attractive shape was not enough. He wanted to make it work, too.

That’s because he’s a life-long tinkerer. Before joining Bresslergroup, John invented the “Ball Claw” sports ball holder, seeing the concept through from design to sales and marketing. It’s now sold in big-box retailers throughout the U.S. and Europe.

John has a degree in Industrial Design Technology from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. At Bresslergroup, he uses his creative problem-solving and technical skills to assist the electrical engineers with making models, prototyping, and testing.

When he’s not at work, John can be found restoring vintage mopeds, hanging out with his sons,  and making sculptures in his art studio.
