Our first product design project for longtime client Opex (Moorestown, New Jersey) was perhaps the most dramatic. Through workflow emulation our product designers and engineers devised a plan for literally folding the workflow back on itself and cutting a two person job in half. And we did it while improving overall usability and cutting the system footprint in half.
