Implementation

Following user testing, feedback was incorporated and the files were tweaked for production. Our ability to coordinate effectively with the Taiwanese partners on the ice cream scoop was streamlined by the quality of the parts files, which gave the tool engineers data translations that enabled fast and mistake free manufacturing. The coordination of tooling, first piece production, and final production went seamlessly, with only minimal tweaking. There was excellent communication and cooperation between the three organizations with SolidWorks linking the parties together.
