Jemma is always looking for the next best workshop activity and knows how to get people excited about collaborative problem solving.
As a Senior User Researcher, Jemma prides herself on putting together fun, productive workshops, and she strives to make her research findings both visual (no text-heavy slide decks!) and actionable. Her favorite moment is when the team has sifted through the research, sat with their thoughts, started to connect the dots, and the “ah-ha” hits.
At Bresslergroup, Jemma is responsible for conducting contextual inquiries, interviews, and other qualitative research studies. She creates and facilitates workshops, analyzes qualitative data, and supports our strategists and designers with those research findings. Jemma has a Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design from Drexel University, where she is now an adjunct professor.
Outside of work Jemma likes to travel, practice yoga, read tarot cards, and hang out with her friends and her cat, Henry. She Irish danced as a kid, so don’t be surprised if she breaks out in a jig.
