Sean knew he wanted to be an electrical engineer in middle school when he took apart a guitar pedal to make a modification.
He still plays bass guitar, but his modifications have improved. As an embedded software engineer, Sean now contributes to software and firmware development. His areas of expertise include computer hardware, data structures, and algorithms, plus validation and test development. He specializes in the intricacies of processors, and his favorite project to-date was designing his own 32-bit processor.
Sean earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Engineering at Drexel University. In addition to playing guitar, outside of work, Sean enjoys brewing beer. He may know all the words to the 14-minute version of “Rapper’s Delight” by The Sugarhill Gang. Ask him if you dare.
